Shipping Policy
Rest assured from beginning to end of the packaging process your artwork will be handled with the utmost care. ORACULAR is committed to using gallery grade materials and packaging that is environmentally friendly.
Free shipping is available in Australia and Internationally for orders over $300. Please check with your country of origin or destination for customs fees.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your artwork to arrive to you. If your artwork has not arrived during this 2-week time period, please contact ORACULAR via the CONTACT PAGE on this website. Please allow for postal service delays during busy holiday periods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in the unlikely event the item is returned due to damage in transit. All fine art prints are made to order, therefore ORACULAR ART® is unable to offer refunds or returns. All sales, including original fine art pieces, are final.
Return & Exchange Policy
All artworks are made with love and sales are final. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence of the item and packaging with photo details (time, date) and contact within 48 hours of the delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Items must be in its original condition; the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
